I think this is precisely why raising it to 600 is a mistake. He's never folding pre, and we dislike too many flops deep stacked. I'd rather juice it a little then build it after the flop unless we can get him to commit a much larger % of his stack pre-flop here.
I like the raise, in the last post I thought it was 75/150 for some reason, but I might have even raised less pre. Really I would raise the LEAST amount that would get the BB to fold, unless we know the UTG player is incredibly insane and would stack off with 100% of his range pre-flop, then we just shove (not advocating shoving, but if he's never folding A3 pre, just ship it in!).
On the flop I think a half pot c-bet is okay, just realize you are 100% bluffing and you shut down if you don't spike a T on the turn. I prefer checking most of the time here, as these sorts of limp/call players don't tend to bluff a lot post. If it goes check/check you might actually be able to value bet a later street. It would be nice to have post flop reads here but without them it's tough to weigh how often we will get bluffed when we check vs how often he will fold better/call with worse when we bet.
