I updated the OP with the code you can use. Be aware that you should be eligible for the deposit bonus as long as you clicked the link here anyway, so not a huge deal if you already signed up without the code. :)
The sign-up or referral code is to be entered when signing up for an account. It will not work in the ACTIVATION code section in the real money account creation process.
So if you've already created an account, you should be all set, as they also stated:
let the player know that he will still get all deposit bonuses applicable.
