  Hello to everybody!
  My name is Harald, I´m 43 years old, married, no children but one dog.
  I start playing poker 3 years ago, but only small private tournaments and private cash games with low limits.
  I would really love to play more often, but in Germany Poker playing is not that much popular like in the US.
  In the moment I´m jobless caused by the economy crisis, I had worked at a airfreight forwarding company as a export manager.
  I would really like to find and of course to work at the poker or gambling industry.
  If you have any questions, please don´t hesitate to ask me. I´m happy that I found this webpage, it´s really cool and interesting.

  Hey Hey Hey!
  
  Just gonna throw my hat in the ring and say hello to all. I found the 'nation,' while browsing through another forum and liked what I saw. So here I'am.
  
  I've been playing for recreational for a long time. Started playing 7-Stud and 5-Draw with my grandmother when I was a wee lad.
  I started playing hold'em about 9 years ago and have been pretty religious about it since than. It has been one of the few constant things in my life since 2000. I usually go through hobbies like chewing gum, but poker and Hold'em has held on!
  
  I travel several times a year to Biloxi to play some of the larger live events and plan on playing my first WSOP circuit in New Orleans in Mid 2010. Look forward to getting to know more of ya. Feel free to follow me on my blog, I could use the motivation to keep up with it. I feel a little crazy sometimes with no followers, but I'm sure they'll come as I have more to say. I'll be sure to follow anyone that follows that has a Blog. I'm addicted to my RSS feed!

  Hello from sunny Orlando!! I am new to this site - glad I found it. I generally play Hold 'Em at the Hard Rock Tampa, Charity events and bar room poker. I have never played online cash games or tournaments. I do play some of the free sites on occasion for fun. I run a bunch of charity poker events in the area and I hope to increase the size and scope of them. We have 3 very deserving charities that receive the procedes.

  Where do you live?
  
  Newton, NJ about 130 miles from Atlantic City, 200 miles from Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun, and 250 from Turningstone.  But less than 100 miles from 2 or three PA Casinos that should have poker up and running by the end of the summer.
  
  What do you do?
  
  Right now I'm an out of work Photographer, looking for anything that pays more than unemployment.
  
  Fav travel destination?
  
  Don't really have one at the moment, but I did really enjoy my time in Memphis a few years ago and was able to drive the 40 miles south to Tunica, MS to paly some 1/2 No Limit at the Horse Shoe with a bunch of drunk dealers.

  Gus Hansen Why? I like his style especially in MTT. He can play any 2 from any position, but has no problem releasing his hand when he misses the flop or knows he's beat.

  Try to improve my ROI at $5 and $10 STT using a combination of tight early ans increasing aggression as the blinds go up. Also want to find and develop a better heads up strategy.

  Hello all,
   New to the site. I play mostly online now after moving from CA to FL. We do have a poker room in Jax, FL, but it is not like playing in CA or NV.
   I play online on FT, UB, Bodog, and PS. I am retired Army and now I teach Elementary school.
   Took a 4 month break from online pkr and now I am back. Do any of the sites have streamlined withdrawal methods these days? 
   I am gonna play week three of the TPT on FT, (Thursday 9:00 PM).
  I am a marathon runner and running coach. I love to talk about running & nutrition, wine, and poker. GL at the tbls all.

   I was playing in  a TPT(Twitter Poker Tour) even and they told me about this website so I decided to come over here and check it out.
  
  I been playing poker for about 2 years now, so far I am surviving :)
  
  I mix up my play with online and live games. I, like a lot of players do better in a live game. So many tells you can read out of your opponents.
  
  I've won several Live good size tournaments and been close to winning some online. My "Donk 3.0" software is unable to compete with "Real Donks 4.0"

  Ok, so here's brief overview...My name is Michael, I currently reside in the gaming capital of the world, Las Vegas Nevada. I am 5'10, 170 lbs, Brown eyes and considered very attractive....OH wait!...this isn't THAT profile...Ahem!, my bad.... now where was I, oh yea..
  
  I listed myself as semi-pro although my sole income for the past 7 years has come from cash and tournament play. Ok, I did do some sports betting too! What else can I tell you guys??? I'm a father of one, a pretty good athIete, a non-smoker and I use to be in the music business ( I still get royalty checks)  and they've come in handy a couple of times when I went broke...lol I'm still pretty new to social networking but I really like the easy use and comradere of this site. I look forward to sharing stories, advice, meeting some really good people and possibly some life long friends.

  Hi everyone! I am the older guy on the photo here. FL SH grinder mostly - of course besides my nine to five job. My son is the smarter one, eg.: he had a good month winning 50k usd... It is only a dream for me this time...  My other son is only 5 and a half - surprisingly good at poker considering his age. He read fluently at the age of 4. My goal to improve consistently, and by poker to collect a good fund for my old age days.

  Ok...Hi, my name is Bea...better known online as. queenodimnds...or some variation of such. I'm 57, in a relationship...and love poker   :). I've been playing online about 5 years. Early in my poker career, (since I live in Las Vegas) I did quite a few live tourneys..at various places.
  Unfortunately, severe arthritus has robbed me of my hand dexterity..so seldom play live anymore..
  I'm not a Pro by any means...but after the first year or so of learning..I make money at.  Not a lot but more than I spend...lol.
  I heard of Poker Nations thru Anthony's interview with PokerJoe and the Doc, got interested in a stable community and checked it out.
  So far, I'm impressed...and have even made some new friends already.
  I hope to be reading and learning more here. Poker is an ever changing business, (You see I said business...not game) so the more I learn, the greater the return.
  And, Anthony..I also hated to see Party Poker taken away...made good money there...lol
