There are too many email/profile options. I know that you want to give people choices, but there is a point at which the choices are so many that people give up to a state of indifference. The list of "email me if" should not be more than 15 options (and that's A LOT!).
Also, if you're going to have more than ten options, there should be a "select/unselect all" button. It was a nuisance to have to uncheck 40+ options on two different lists.
