  Someone mention this aready, or is it a setting I missed? New threads seem to go to the end of all threads as opposed to be on the top, which Im used to.

  I have confirmed this. It appears when you create a new thread, it appears deeper in a section, until it's been posted in, then it moves to the top of a section.
  
  I've notified the Dev Team about this as a top priority to correct
