  Been folding since break when i had 119 bb..Haven't gotten no hands to do nothing with.Minding my own fucking business with bout 50bb stack.Being a nit like always.
    What in the fuck are you suppose to do but what i did.You see just this hand but this everyday joke on stars for me.How i have a postive roi i don't know.

  I used the hand converter site to make your hand more easily read by others.
  
  On the turn when you hit trip fours with the best kicker the SB bets 200 into a 1,225 pot (which is generally a donk move). But then you just cold-call, which I found surprising.
  
  Anyway, the CO min-raises that bet, the SB calls and now you spring into action. But then the CO shoves all-in and has you covered.
  
  You are 50bb's deep when this hand started, and generally you don't want to play for stacks that deep without the nuts, which we do not have at this point.
  
  Yes, we have a very strong hand, but it's not the nuts. So when the CO minraises the SB's bet and then shoves all-in over your strong play, you need to consider what hands he's going to do this with. Perhaps he has a 4 with a weaker kicker, or perhaps he has 22 or 77.
  
  So this just happened to be a cooler that he had pocket 2's for the better hand (and when the chips went in, he was ahead, regardless of spiking quads on the river)
  
  Also, looks like when I converted it I forgot to tell it to show the results, so sorry those are absent, but for others checking it out, he had quad 2's.

  Massive cooler but as Anthony said the reraise should have told you something....Sometimes you have to lay down the set...... Just wondering did you even consider the 22 or 77 ? ? If you didn't.... that may be a hole in your game....

  Well i considered alot of things.the reason i just called the 200 is becauase i knew that pos agresso would make a move seeing the small bet.i wanted to trap him.He was being so agressive at the table reraise folding shit like that.Unlucky me that donkey had the nuts on me.It's so standard from them to have it everytime on me.
  Well when he shoves his whole stack really didn't suprise me considering he'd done it a couple times before at the table..i thought maybe he knew i would fold a weaker hand consider the strong player i am.
  I have had alot of different players look at this hand like i do many others.Nobody lays that down there.ever.
  another sick cooler on me.
  Alot of things go through my head when i play any hand because i fold alot.The player what postion i'm in etc etc.considering the agressive player v. a player like me then i would most diffently fold to the huge shove.
  Maybe one day i run like these fucking agressive idiiots and the A hits the river and not the 2.

  I've folded top two pair in a live game when I was confident on my read that my opponent had hit a set (and he showed me bottom set)
  
  Perhaps none of the folks you had shown your hand to lay down the trips (not a set, which would require you have the hole cards to make three of a kind) because you hadn't asked on our boards?
  
  Now, if Villian had been hyperaggressive I might be willing to get my chips into the pot in your spot as well here. But sometimes the hyperaggressives make a hand too, and it sucks when it just happens to be better than yours.
  
  But given the level of anger and frustration poker has caused you recently, I would recommend:
  
  1. Take a break/breather from the game for a bit
  
  2. Snag some of your hand histories and share them in the strategy board where you lost big pots/busted. Perhaps we'll notice another way to approach the situation that will be more beneficial for you in the future
  
  3. If you do get back into playing, go down in limits. Hell, play a game for limits that don't matter to you at all, and just play like a maniac and try to bully others around and play crazy. Maybe it'll be fun, maybe you'll pickup a new trick or two, etc.
