i would like to come and play in a tourney at the sun, wouldnt need a room i usually stay at a hotel closeby when i visit. i just need to know what date the tourney would be so i could arrange it with work.

Added you to the interested list. I'm supposed to hear sometime this week on the schedule of events at Mohegan, then we can select the best date for our meetup and let everyone know!

I'm getting excited over this ! This is gonna be a ball looking forward to it! Cant wait to hear what ya came up with. I'll be staying over I don't wanna travel that night back home rather stay and have fun!

I haven't seen an update on their site with the schedule yet, and I didn't hear back from them this past week. I'm assuming I should get a followup this week so we can pick a date

I'm sure I'll hear back from Bruce or Rick this coming week so we can move our plans foreward. But if you happen to stop by the poker room and find a schedule of events for the NAPT please pick one up!

I have received an unconfirmed/unofficial schedule of events and posted about it here:

Unofficial Mohegan Sun NAPT Schedule

For those interested in the meetup, please review the schedule and vote in the poll to let us know what the best day for a get-together is.

Even if you aren't playing one of the events, selecting a specific day (i.e. if only weekends are good for you, pick one of the weekend events) will help us determine the best meetup date possible.

Latest I heard tonight was this:

Anthony, the entire schedule will be released early next week. Everything you see for now is just the Mohegan Sun portion of the events. I will forward you the entire schedule once it is released.

MicroTel Inn and Suites is where I always stay - it's right down the road from Mohegan, clean, cheap and completely acceptable. Great free continental breakfast too. And right next door to Chili's.

Days That Are Best For You To Play/Meet: At this point I can't rule anything out.

Group Buy Of Hotel Rooms: I'm up for it but wouldn't want to share a room. Of course I could always stay at MicroTel

Tournament: I love tournaments. $340 buyin is not a problem.

Group Buy Of PokerNations Hats and Shirts: I need to wear my own gear but I suppose I could wear a PN hat.

According to Rick (the Mohegan Suns Tourney Director) I should see the entire schedule and structures released early this week (i.e. I hope before Wednesday?)
