TPT Week 1 - Feb 4th

PokerNations is teamed up with the TPT to bring our members weekly events and a leaderboard to compete for $300 in bonus prizes each month!

Every Thursday night at 9pm on Full Tilt Poker an event will be held with a $5+$1 buyin. The final game of each month includes a $100 added event!

In addition, we're going to provide the following bonus poker chips (used for entering our sites giveaways) for those participating:

Weekly Events

1st: 5,000
2nd: 3,000
3rd: 2,000

Monthly Leaderboard Winners

1st: 25,000
2nd: 10,000
3rd: 5,000

To be eligible for our bonus poker chips you must have a PokerNations account. To be eligible for the monthly prizes from the TPT please view the Twitter Poker Tour website.

I don't have twitter. If I play the 4 league games would I still be eligible for the bonus prizes? I have played in the $100 added tpt events.

I believe you just need an account in the TPT forum to be eligible

At the TPT we encourage all the players to have a Twitter account but it's not a requirement!

Was doing well early but then Kash was short-stacked and raised from 60 to 240 (leaving around 760 behind) with AK and I shoved from the BB with QQ and he hit a K and doubled, halving my stack to around 1700.

Now I'm the shortest stack with 710 chips and 32/47 remaining in the event. Kash is out though, one guy at our table LOVES playing TJ and calling raises, and he's hit two pair with it twice. Kash shoved with an open-ender on the turn and was up against the two pair and went busto

Still on life support with 2100 chips and blinds 100/200. 24 players remain, so the field has been halved and I've managed to survive, but still shove-fold mode as 2nd to last in chips

Fought my way to 3300 with 22 players remaining and avg stack is 6400.

Blinds are 120/240 (25 ante)

19 players remain, one away from breaking to 2 tables. Blinds are 150/300 (25 ante) and I have 4K so I've managed to get back into this thing

Chip leader at my table raises with JJ, I shove with AA for over 6K and he calls (after typing "wow") and my hand holds for the double up.

I was nursing one of the shortest stacks almost all game, now 3rd in chips with over 13K

was 2nd in chips, but KQ s00ted against shorties AJ s00ted isn't any good and he doubles up to 10K and I'm down to 12K
