  Dear Mr. Martino,
  
  Thank you very much for your correspondence on this issue. I agree,
  Section 36, Subsection v of the new Gaming Bill could be interpreted to
  apply to online poker players, and I also agree that this is
  inappropriate. This is why I am filing an amendment to remove the
  proposed penalties to this clause of the bill.

  Something everyone in the US should do if they ever want poker legalized.
  
  Ignoring it will only makes things worse - they won't go away.

  Also just emailed the gentleman running for my current senator's seat asking for his support and encouraging him to carry the message forward. Will let you know what he says.
