   after 15+ plus happy years, living in the lap of luxury, as queen of the homestead.... our cat "kitty" passed on to the great gig in the sky.....
  
  
  anyhow, it's been a couple of months and we decided it was time to get another one and Ellie found this tiny critter at our local animal shelter and brought her home on Monday (6/14)

  Very cute and I know how the loss of Kitty must have been. I've been there too many times and it's very difficult and heart wrenching.

  Nothing more fun than a puppy or kitten -- except maybe Kate Beckingsale. Not that that is gonna happen.
