I agree Ian. Basically as i see it, They are going to have to have some type of federal online gaming commission.
The brick and mortar places have them. Will this cost them some money? Of course, but their operating costs pale in comparison to a real casino.
It's just good business to be flexiable to one of the largest, if not the largest poker market in the world. Maybe it would help to ear-mark the tax money for schools and whatnot like the state lotteries do here.
Are there many ways to approuch this? of course.
