Also, when you're down to less than 10 bb's it's pretty much push or fold time, no limping.
So that means if blinds are 200/400 and you have 4,000 or less in chips, if you're playing a hand you should be shoving all-in or folding.
You just don't have a large enough stack to be limping in with speculative hands at that point.
