  Ok if won a seat in their Omahahahaha 1000$ GTD tourney ....
  
  And evan now they dont give me my entry :|
  I thought they will register me automatic .. but haha they didant
  
  What are your thoughts on this matter ?

  You get an email about it?
  
  Was it a freeroll (assuming so), you might get a ticket in the next day or so and you'd have to register manually

  They send only one Email in witch they are advertising for the Feeder ... witch i won my seat in lmfao
  I never seen such a site :|
  Ehh no biggy now i know it not worth my time to play there :)

  Another tiny site where I'd be very hesitant to join and play.
  
  Send them an email about the entry.  Win some money there and get it out ASAP and you are done with them is the route I'd go.
  
  Whenever you join a site and encounter customer service that is only 'good' when you are depositing and where their customer service leaves a lot to be desired that should set off alarm bells.

  iv never had a problem with them =0 iv won the omaha satellites twice & been auto entered into the next with no probs

  Cool Hand is owned by Belle Rock Entertainment - a huge, well established company - so i don't think they're just another tiny site everyone should avoid. I'm sure it's an oversight that they'll take care of ASAP.
