We provide a free online social networking service for poker fans. We do not sell or trade any personally identifiable information from our members, including names or email addresses.
Every effort is made to protect your data, but we are not responsible for situations out of our control, which include but are not limited to:
1. hacks, bugs, exploits or other vulnerabilities within our platforms code which is provided by a 3rd party, or our webhosts server which is also provided by a 3rd party
2. Our members computers or e-mail accounts being compromised via virus or other vulnerabilities which gives outsiders access to your account at PokerNations.com
You agree to hold PokerNations.com, its owners, employees and volunteers harmless for any data you keep on the Site that may be lost, stolen, modified, deleted or otherwise compromised.
You agree that you may receive email communications, private messages or wall and content comments from the Site administrators, moderators and other members that include notifications, news, updates and promotions. Member accounts do have privacy settings to control the level of communication you receive, and members are responsible for adjusting their own settings.
This privacy policy only covers pages within PokerNations.com and do not include features linked on our site but hosted by 3rd parties (i.e. Facebook and other services that fit this definition)
