The NFL says that if Chad Ochocinco wears Chris Henry's jersey today, he'll be fined. The player's union has already agreed to not only pay the fine, but to match it with a donation to Henry's memorial fund. Simple question: Should Ochocinco be fined when he comes out wearing Henry's jersey?
