However, if it does happen, I think it'll be on a ...  moreI've always been sceptical but following the recent news, the stance of the DOJ seems to be changing somewhat. I'll bet you a pund to a penny that it's big money that's talking and changing their minds! However, if it does happen, I think it'll be on a state by state basis with state run sites or sections of a larger site that can control or segregate the players into taxable groups.  

Joe Triskett I think what happened is a good sign but I think there is more to come. We can only hope its more good news.
