Oh and I moved out when I was 18. First to 3700sq ft mansion where I lived with 3 roommates, and now I live by myself in one of the best apartment buildings in the city. And my "rich daddy" doesn't pay for it btw.

Whoops forgot, I also put a down payment on a brand new apartment 1 month after my 19th birthday.  less

Not a good night for me. lose 10BI at my normal game cus I'm a spewtard. I get a chance to play an uber fish at 5kNL, and play. Throughout the whole game I'm playing scared as sh*t and my heart wont stop pounding at 150mph. In maybe 100 hands, I 3b once (JJ) and called like 2 of his 3bets. My gameplan was to play in position, and take him to valuetown, but I didnt get any cards and playing like a f***ing ***** prob didnt help either.

Anyways 2 interesting hands where you guys can lol at me for playing terribad.

    Fish raises to $150, I call $100 with Q9

    Flop is 77K

I check, Fish cbets pot (his std cbet size), I raise to $750, Fish calls $450.

    Turn is J

    Check, check

    River is Q

I check, Fish pots after thinking $1850, I somehow call him, and he shows K8 for the $5500 pot. Top 5 biggest pots I've won or lost

I open to $100 with 55, Fish calls. Flop is 552. Fish checks, I bet $50 into $200, Fish calls. Turn is 3, Fish checks, I bet $100 into $300, Fish calls. River is 7. Fish checks, I bet pot, Fish calls the $500 with A7.

Anyways I manage to slowly lose 5k before fish leaves. I had auto top off on, so wasnt short stacked. Lesson learned: Dont take shot at even uberfish with almost 10% of online bankroll, when you know you're gonna be playing like a ******.

A hand history would be helpful Toro, but by the sounds of it, it would be extremely unprofitable to fold QQ in that spot.

Its fine raising concerns, in fact I encourage people to be more safe online, however, u do have to take into account the credibility of the person(s) you're questioning. Viffer and Durrrr did the same thing last year, and raised 25k-30k I believe. Would anyone have questioned their legitimacy? Ofcourse sparky999 is not as well known as Viffer, but I'd say the chances him scamming the money are just as good as Viffer, aka 0%.

If you looked at the thread, in the first page, I was actually the first person to ask sparky999 about his credentials, but I did it in a nice respectful intelligent manner, just like you and Ian did, unlike Ronin who came off sounding like a troll, and a pr**k in my opinion.

The charity's basically done now. You and Ian raised the question about the guys credentials, spending 2 minutes to read the thread would have answered your questions. Plus its safe to assume I wouldnt be posting this on PN unless it was legit

And for those who are interested, here are the results of the toy drive. Good, but I felt we coulda done better. I talked to the organizers and we will be making this a yearly thing. Cheers.

I just want to say a huge thank you to everyone who has donated so far, there has been a massive influx of donations in the last 48 hours or so and we have managed to smash our origional target of $3000.

Donations so far total a little over $5400 and after accounting for some peoples preference to send to their native country these are the numbers as they stand right now. (all in US$)

    donation to Canada $1850

    donation to U.S.A. $1900

    donation to U.K. $1750

Donations are now closed, any late donations that I receive will go directly to the u.k. only if I receive them before i go shopping on Monday

thepizzlefosho is going to be adding to the U.S. donation by taking advantage of the tax credit system, so the grand total raised after everything should be around the $6000 mark which I think is a fantastic effort by everyone involved

Please check back in this thread over the next few days as we will be aiming to get a ton of photos posted, the plan at the moment is to do this again next year and try to get even more money raised.

Thank you everyone, I am honestly suprised by the level of response we received. From the small stakes grinders to the ballas, so many people have come through to support this and hopefully we will have made a real difference to some peoples lives.

Whatever I'm done talking to you. You've derailed this thread enough. I thought you'd pull something like that when I started this thread, but was hoping against my better judgment that you wouldn't because it was for charity. Later

If any1 still wants to donate, the deadlines the 14th.

You did not raise any intelligent concerns about the legitimacy of the charity by saying "seems like a scam to me". You want to see concern being raised thats not trollish? Check AJ's post. And you say you dont troll? Should I remind you about how our "beef" started? Or why you were banned from sixandfourum?

And on behalf of the charity, we do not accept your sarcastic $1 donation. If you did donate to "Toys for Tots", thats great.
