My thoughts when playing 22-99.....
Early position:
Full table early in the tournament: i will limp, maybe call a preflop raise and set mine if it's cheap. Late in tournament: Will depend on my reads of the oppenents, i may limp, raise or just fold depending on oppenent types.
MIddle position: If folded to me, i will open 3x, if a raise before me, i may just flat dependiing on the raise amount, any callers and my stack size. Also, will a late position player 3bet? If so, then i'll probably dump em.
Late position: If folded to me, open 3x. If limped to me, i normally limp in, unless i have one limper and im the button, then i'll open 3X+1 for the limper. If facing a raise, i'll call since i have position, if facing a raise and a 3bet, i'll probably dump 22-77 and depending on stack sizes may 4bet shove 88 and 99....again, most depends on stack size, opponent reads and tournament position.
