I found the 54 person sup turbos on full tilt to be a little less volitile but they are 3.50 buy in I have a 30% roi though 100 sngs at this point i'm sure this will drop a little but it seems playing super tight and Identifying those players your going to have more than a coin flip against has been working well.
I think it depends on the stakes. Was this a good, bad player maybe he thought the diamond plays. I have friends that don't play often that would have done the same thing with the 3d in their hand. (I love when they play)
those chips in front of you have a real money value of around $15,000 for a min cash in the main event and that would be a $14,980 profit which is more than enough to make me fold at this point after the bubble an easy call.
I just visited last month MGM seemed to have a lot of poker tables running late into the night but the tournaments that I saw that far south on the strip were push and pray by the third level though very soft in the morning at excaliber. The best tournament structure I saw were all downtown.
